In a relived tale of Chinese folklore, evolution takes the center stage. Xi Shi breaks free in a moment of realisation as delicate flows of sheer white transforms into bold flashes of skin and fiery crimson – defying limits in tradition and tethering along the edge of control. This is a story of reclaiming back power over oneself and an exploration with perceptions of beauty in the modern era.
